Help Make A Difference at Love Elementary!
Love Elementary PTA’s WALK-A-THON is a fun school-wide event promoting physical fitness and community while raising money for our school. Students will walk/run for 45 minutes during the regular school day on Friday, October 13th. Our 2023 goal is to raise $36,000 to fund teacher classroom supplies, materials for the Media Center, Learning Garden, Art Docent program, field trips, community events, and much more.
Collecting Pledges
Students and families will raise money by asking donors — family, friends, neighbors, co-workers – to make a flat donation or pledge an amount per lap walked/run (1 lap = 1/9 mile).

Visit https://app.99pledges.com/fund/loveeagles2023/addme and follow the easy instructions to create your student’s personal fundraising page. Email this page to family and friends. Share on social media.
Please note: Donors will be asked at checkout to add a tip to cover platform fees. Tips go to the website 99Pledges, not to Love PTA. If you do not wish to add tip, choose “OTHER” in drop-down tip menu and enter 0 for the amount.
In addition, a pledge sheet and collection envelope was sent home in your student’s backpack. Please use the pledge sheet to track sponsors and the envelope to collect donations by cash or check. Return envelopes to your teacher by Friday, October 27.

- Raise $20: Wristband + Water Bottle Sticker
- Raise $50: Soccer Ball, plus $20 prize
- Raise $100: Knee Socks + Reusable Shopping Bag, plus $20 – $50 prizes.
- Raise $180: No running in PE for a day! Plus $20 – $100 prizes.
- Raise $250: Coach for a Period! plus $20 – $180 prizes.
School Wide Prizes
- Top Fundraising Student: Lunch with Coach D (1 student per grade)
- Top Fundraising Class: Class Party! (1 class out of all grades)
